Refund/Exchange Policy

We are happy to offer one return or exchange on all non-Final Sale pairs in their new, unworn condition within 30 days from your fulfillment/ship date. We can only accept returns on items purchased directly through our website, and shipped within the United States.

You can always contact us for any return question(such as exchange for a different style/color/size) atdrkongstore@gmail.com .

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: we can only process a one-time exchange and we cannot process a return or exchange for an item that has been exchanged.
